Fucoidan, is a Marine complex polysaccharide substance composed of fucose containing sulfuric acid. The content of algal polysaccharide in brown algae is very small, about 0.1% in fresh kelp and about 1% in dry kelp, which is a very valuable algal active substance.
Fucoidan are produced by brown algae to protect themselves in harsh environments. When brown algae is exposed to direct sunlight, the algae polysaccharide can prevent its drying and act as a moisturizer. At the same time, it can prevent bacteria from invading the injured part and improve antibacterial immunity.

Toepassing

1. Applied in health food field, be widely used in food additives industry, which can be added into the dairy, beverage, health care products, pastries, cold drinks, jelly, bread, milk and so on;
