Isomalt Sugar is a natural sugar found in sugar cane, honey and other products. It is white crystal, odorless, sweet, and has a sweetness of about 42% of sucrose. The sweetness is pure, basically the same as sucrose, and has no bad aftertaste. .It can be enzymatically decomposed in the intestine and absorbed and utilized by the body. It has little effect on blood sugar levels and does not cause dental caries.

FUNCTION:

  1. Isomalt Sugar will not be digested by saliva, gastric acid and pancreatic juice until it is enzymatically decomposed into glucose and fructose in the small intestine for absorption.
