Isomalt Sugar is a natural sugar found in sugar cane, honey and other products. It is white crystal, odorless, sweet, and has a sweetness of about 42% of sucrose. The sweetness is pure, basically the same as sucrose, and has no bad aftertaste. .It can be enzymatically decomposed in the intestine and absorbed and utilized by the body.
