Graphite powder with high temperature conductivity, can be refractory materials, conductive materials, and wear-resistant lubrication materials.
Graphite powder reacts with oxygen at different temperatures to form carbon dioxide or carbon monoxide. In halogens only fluorine can react directly with elemental carbon, Under heating, graphite powder is easy to be oxidized by acid.
