lsoretinoic acid belongs to the first generation of vitamin A acids. It is a stereoisomer of all trans vitamin A acid. Oral administration has an anti oil effect and has a special effect on severe acne. It has a strong and rapid function of inhibiting the proliferation and differentiation process of skin gland cells. Clinically used for severe acne, cystic acne, and aggregated acne that are ineffective in the treatment of other drugs.Isoretinoic acid is a type of retinol derivative used in acne treatment products, with improved bioavailability and percutaneous absorption. 6.
