Dipeptide Diaminobutyroyl is the proprietary name of a peptide that is also referred to as tripeptide-3 or dipeptide diaminobutyroyl benzylamide diacetate. SYN-AKE binds to subunits of nicotinic acetylcholine receptors, thereby blocking the binding of acetylcholine to the receptor, resulting in persistent receptor blockade.
