TCPP is a kind of flame retardant containing chlorine and phosphorus, which is mainly used in polyurethane foam materials.
TCPP - (Tris (1-chloro-2-propyl) phosphate)  TCPP is used in rigid polyurethane foam and furniture foam, textiles, leather, electronics and building construction laminates as an additive flame retardant. 
TCPP is primarily used as a flame retardant in rigid and flexible polyurethane foam. Specifically, it is used as a flame 
inhibitor in the production of bar-shaped or lump-shaped foam. It is a low-cost flammable inhibitor and a good stabilizer.

 

Gusaba

 

TCPP widely used in soft and hard polyurethane foam, polyvinyl chloride, polyvinyl acetate, phenolic resin and epoxy resin and other materials. It can be used directly or made into emulsion, used in carpet, raincoat, fabric finishing, rubber products, etc., and can also be used as an additive for fireproof coatings

Iki gicuruzwa ni iki?

Flame Retardant TCPP, the chemical name Tris (2-chloroisopropyl) Phosphate , is a low cost chlorine and phosphorous  based  flame  retardant. It  has  the  best  hydrolysis  stability  among  currently  available halogenated organic phosphates. Can not dissolve in water,dissolve in most organic solvent, and have good   compatibility  with   resins.Applying   as   Flame   Retardant   in  the   production   of  acetate  fiber, polyvinyl-chloride, PU foams, EVA, phenolics materials. Except the flame retarding, it can also promote the  moisture  resisting,low temperature  resisting,the capability of antistatic  and the softness of the materials.

 

Gusaba

This product is colorless to pale yellow oily liquid, soluble in benzene, alcohol, ester and carbon tetrachloride. At 20ºC, its aquatic solubility is 1.6g/L. This product is insoluble in aliphatic hydrocarbons. Chlorine content is 32.5%, and phosphorus content is 9.5%. As the molecule contains both phosphorus and chlorine, its flame-retardant properties are very significant; at the same time, the product is plasticized, moisture-proof, anti-static and so on. Therefore, it is an additional flame retardant. This product is suitable for flame retardancy of polyurethane, PVC, polystyrene, phenolic resin, acrylic resin, rubber and coating.
