TCPP, chemically known as tri (2-chloropropyl) phosphate, is an organophosphorus halide flame retardant. Good hydrolysis stability, insoluble in water, soluble in ethanol,  lipids, aromatics and other organic solvents. It has good anti-ultraviolet ability.

As the molecule contains both phosphorus and chlorine, its flame-retardant properties are very significant; at the same time, the product is plasticized, moisture-proof, anti-static and so on. Therefore, it is an additional flame retardant. This product is suitable for flame retardancy of polyurethane, PVC, polystyrene, phenolic resin, acrylic resin, rubber and coating.
