Estradiol, also known as "estrus", "courtship hormone". There are alpha and beta types, one of which is estrogen. The most abundant and the most active. It is secreted by granulosa cells of ovarian follicles. Its metabolites are estrone and estradiol. It has 18 carbon atoms. The target organs are uterus, vagina, fallopian tube and pituitary gland. 6. Leukopenia, used for leukopenia caused by chemotherapy or radiotherapy in malignant tumors, with a significant effect on raising white blood cells.
7. As a post-coital contraceptive.
8. To induce lactation withdrawal.
