1. Stability: dihydrazide sebacate is relatively stable and can be stored for a long time at room temperature without decomposition. It breaks down at higher temperatures, producing toxic gases.

2. Solubility: dihydrazine sebacate is soluble in organic solvents such as water, alcohol and ether, and insoluble in alkane solvents.

Uses: Dihydrazide sebacate is mainly used in organic synthesis reaction as a reducing agent and phosphonate deprotection reagent. It can also be used as a raw material for the preparation of other organic compounds and complexes.

Sebacic dihydrazide is  mainly used in decorative powder, insulating powder, smoldering powder, electric powder, and heavy-duty powder. It is in the manufacturer of high quality oil pipeline, aerospace, aviation fuel, and other fields essential latent curing agent.

Sebacylhydrazide is an amine derivative and can be used as an intermediate in pharmaceutical synthesis.
