Ipratropium Bromide

Ipratropium bromide is a bronchodilator. Clinically used in:
① Relieve bronchospasm and wheezing symptoms caused by chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
② For the prevention and treatment of asthma, especially for patients who cannot tolerate such drugs because of muscle tremor and tachycardia caused by β-receptor agonists.

White crystalline powder, bitter taste. Soluble in water, slightly soluble in ethanol, insoluble in other organic solvents. Melting point 230 ~ 232℃.
