Product Description

Zeolite is a white solid in granular form, presenting a network-like structure with uniform small pores. It is insoluble in water and organic solvents but can dissolve in strong acids and strong alkalis. When heated above 800°C, it undergoes recrystallization, forming a structure resembling white quartz. It has the ability to adsorb moisture, liquids, gases, and unsaturated organic substances. With a strong calcium ion exchange capacity and no environmental pollution, it is an ideal phosphate-free detergent substitute compared to tripolyphosphate. It exhibits strong surface adsorption capabilities, making it an ideal adsorbent and desiccant.

Application

Zeolite is used as acid-resistant desiccant, catalyst for incineration and purification of organic waste gas, fertilizer carrier, zeolite powder fertilizer, pesticide granule, feed additive, soil modifier, plastic and resin filler, and is used in polymer chemical industry, rubber, cosmetics, coatings, artificial leather, separation of oxygen and nitrogen in air, extraction of potassium from seawater, building materials, electronics, paper making, food, environmental protection water treatment, etc.
