4-Methoxyphenol/Mequinol

Mequinol is a chemical substance that looks like a white flake or waxy crystal. The molecular formula is C7H8O2. It is used as a polymerization inhibitor for vinyl type plastic monomers, UV inhibitors, dye intermediates, and antioxidant BHA (3-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyanisole) for synthesizing edible oils and fats and cosmetics.
