Tween 80/Polysorbate 80

Polysorbate-80, also known as Tween-80, is a non-ionic surfactant and emulsifier with the formula C24H44O6(C2H4O)n. Soluble in water, soluble in ethanol, vegetable oil, ethyl acetate, methanol, toluene, insoluble in mineral oil. Gelatinized at low temperature and recovered after heat.
