Lincomycin Hydrochloride(U10149A) is an antibiotic produced by Streptomyces lincolnensis var. lincolnensis.Target: AntibacterialLincomycin hydrochloride is a systemic antibiotic, which is active against most common gram positive bacteria. It has a good effect on infectious diseases like acne, anthrax, pneumonia, and also for the treatment of furunculosis, carbuncles, impetigo, burns and wounds, carrying to gram positive bacteria. Lincomycin hydrochloride inhibits cell growth and microbial protein synthesis, by interacting strongly and specifically with the 50S ribosomal subunit, at mutually related sites.

1.Lincomycin HCL can be used as antibiotic drug for human and also can be used  as veterinary medicine. It is primarily against gram-positive pathogens, and not effective
against gram-negative bacteria such as Neisserie 
gonorrhoeae or Neisseria meningitidis,also used against 
susceptible strains of streptococci, pneumococci, and staphlylococci which usually can also be treated with penicillin or erythromycin
2.Lincomycin Hcl can be used as antibiotic drug for human and also can be used  as veterinary medicine. 1. Oral formulations is suitable for treating respiratory infections, abdominal infection, female reproductive tract infections, pelvic infections, skin and soft tissue infections caused by sensitive Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus pneumoniae. 
2. In addition to the treatment of the above infections, injected formulations are suitable for treatment of severe infections caused by streptococcus, pneumococcus and staphylococcus such as the surgical adjuvant therapy of septicemia, bone and joint infections, chronic bone and joint infections and Staphylococcus-induced acute hematogenous osteomyelitis. 
3. Lincomycin hydrochloride may also be used for the treatment of infectious diseases in patients allergic to penicillin or not suitable for administration of penicillin-type drugs. 

4. It is used for swine asthma, also called Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae, which is caused by Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae. Lincomycin has the advantages of high curative effect, low side effects, low toxicity and fast absorption from the lesion in the treatment of swine asthma. The recommended clinical dosage is 30-50mg/kg body weight.

5. Used for swine dysentery, which is characterized by mucus, hemorrhagic, and necrotizing diarrhea caused by treponema, which mainly harms weaned piglets, and the morbidity rate is as high as 90%. If treatment is not timely, it can lead to different degrees of death.
      Lincomycin is more effective in treating swine dysentery than carbachol and dysentery. It is suggested that lincomycin hydrochloride can be used to prevent and treat swine dysentery by adding it to the feed at a concentration of 55ppm and 110ppm respectively for 3-5 days.

6. It is a respiratory disease caused by Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus used for pig bronchitis. The disease spreads rapidly and has a high mortality rate.
      Lincomycin hydrochloride is used to treat porcine bronchitis, which has the advantages of strong bactericidal power, long maintenance time, significant curative effect, and high economic benefit.
