Vinyl acetate Monomer is an organic compound with the formula CH3CO2CH=CH2. This colorless liquid is the precursor to polyvinyl acetate and ethene-vinyl acetate copolymers, important industrial polymers. Vinyl acetate is the acetate ester of vinyl alcohol. It can be polymerized to give polyvinyl acetate (PVAc). With other monomers it can be used to prepare various copolymers such as ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA), vinyl acetate-acrylic acid (VA/AA), polyvinyl chloride acetate (PVCA)

Vinyl acetate Monomer/VAM is an organic chemical raw material, which is one of the 50 chemical products with the largest output in the world. Vinyl acetate Monomer is mainly used in the production of poly (VA), vinyl acetate ~ vinyl chloride copolymer (EVC), acetal resin derivatives. These derivatives can be used in a wide range of applications, such as adhesives, paper or fabric adhesives, processing, fiber processing, emulsifiers, water-soluble membranes, soil amendments, etc.

3. vinyl acetate can be used as varnish, coating, film elasticity and good luster.

4. Adding vinyl acetate to cement can increase the tensile strength and wear resistance of cement.

5. vinyl acetate with plasticizer can be made of artificial leather.
