Praziquantel

Praziquantel, an organic compound with the chemical formula C19H24N2O2, is a dewormer used in humans and animals to treat tapeworms and flukes. It is particularly effective against schistosoma, Chinese liver fluke, and Diphyllobothrium granulosus.

This product is white or white crystalline powder. Soluble in trichloromethane, soluble in ethanol, insoluble in ether or water.

It is mainly used as a broad-spectrum anti-parasitic drug for the treatment and prevention of schistosomiasis, cysticercosis, pneumostomiasis, echinococcosis, ginger filiasis, Echinococcosis, worm infection, etc.
