Menthyl PCA

Menthyl PCA acts as moisturizing agent and algefacient.  The enzyme in the skin slowly hydrolyzes to release PCA and provides over 8 hours of lasting cool feeling along with soothing and anti-inflammatory effects.  It is mild & tasteless and has no irritation to the skin.  It possesses good combinative- and synergistic effects with essence.  Menthyl PCA is used in full-time comfortable products such as shampoos, bath foam, perfumes and toilet water.

1. Due to that the enzyme in the skin slowly hydrolyzes to release PCA (the major component of natural moisturizing factors), hence, over 8 hours of lasting cool feeling can be obtained with moisturizing, soothing, anti-inflammatory effects.
