Sodium Bromide

Sodium bromide solid is easy to absorb water in the air and agglomerate, but not deliquescent. Sodium bromide is easily soluble in water, aqueous solution is neutral, slightly soluble in alcohol.

2, medically used in the production of diuretics and sedatives, for the treatment of neurasthenia, nervous insomnia, mental excitation state. Sedatives release bromine ions in the body, have a mild inhibitory effect on the central nervous system, and can calm down agitated chickens.
