slightly soluble in ethanol, with strong alkaline, 1mol/L solution pH is about 14, pKb = -0.04, mainly used for the preparation of lithium salt and lithium base grease, alkaline battery electrolyte, lithium bromide refrigerator absorption liquid.

2. Used for the production of grease, alkaline batteries, corrosion-resisting zinc pigment.
3. Used as carbon dioxide absorber.
