Bentonite

Bentonite clay is a kind of NATURAL clay mineral with montmorillonite as main component,it has property of good cohesiveness, expansibility, adsorption, plasticity, dispersion, lubricity, cation exchange. After exchange with other base, lithium base, it has very strong suspension property. After acidizing it will have excellent decolorizing ability. So it can be made into all kinds of bonding agent, suspending agent, adsorbent, decoloring agent, plasticizer, catalyst, cleaning agent, disinfectant, thickening agent, detergent, washing agent, filler, strengthening agent,et. Its chemical composition is quite stable,so it is crowned as "universal stone". And Cosmetic Clay grade is just using by bentonite's whitening, and thickening characters.

Sodium Bentonite:

1.In oil and gas based drilling, bentonite can protect the wellbore effectively, bringing the cuttings upward, cooling and lubricating the bite and etc.

2.In mechanical casting industry, bentonite can help to avoid "sand inclusion and peeling" phenomenon of casting,to improve precision and degree of finish and rate of finished products of casting to make casting technique performance better.

3.In paper industry,used as the paper fillers,strengthens the paper brightness.

4.In the textile dye liquor,used as antistatic coating,and can be function as starch sizing and do printing stamp coating.

Calcium Bentonite:

1.Feed additive: Absorb the harmful substances in animals and remove it

2.Fertilizer Additive: Increase the bond strength of fertilizer and enable it to be absorbed by plants fully.

Bentonite is a kind of clay mineral with montmorillonite as the main component.It has strong water absorption, it can absorb 8 times of its own volume of water, and it has a volume expansion of 10-30 times. It is suspended and cemented in the aqueous solution. It has grease luster and smooth touch. it Can absorb water to expand and become colloidal shape. If the water  lost after long-term air drying, it can become loose again Because of its strong ion exchange capacity, bentonite can absorb or absorb various colors. Mix it with grease to make it smoother. Its fine powder water suspension has good dispersion and  not easy to precipitate. In oil and gas drilling, mud should be used to cool bit, remove debris, protect well wall and balance ground pressure. Bentonite is an ideal material for drilling mud because of its good dispersibility and large amount of mud.
