Mono Ammonium Phosphate (MAP)
Mono Ammonium Phosphate (MAP) is a widely used source of phosphorus (P) and nitrogen (N). It's made of two constituents common in the fertilizer industry and contains the most phosphorus of any common solid fertilizer.
Wellyou Tech MAP12-61-0 is full water soluble fertilizers for nutrigation and foliar feeding of all crops. It is recommended for use at the begining of the growth season, when phosphorus availanbility is crucial for the establishment of the root system and flowering.
It can be mixed with other fertilizers to meet crop nutritional needs through out the growth cycle.
Wellyou MAP 12-61-0 is suitable for preparation of fertilizer blends and can be used for production of liquid fertilziers.
Fertigation: Because of unique product characteristics, MAP can be applied through any irrigation system and on any growing medium. Unlike phosphoric acid, MAP is moderately acidic Therefore; it is not corrosive to fertilizer pumps or to irrigation equipment..

MAP is in the powder form and used in the formulation of suspension fertilizers. As a powder material, it mixes well and frequently serves as an ingredient in bulk-blended fertilizers.
MAP, with its low pH levels, is best used for high-alkaline soils. It is an ideal starter fertilizer because MAP contains less ammonia-nitrogen than DAP, reducing potential seed damage
