Clozoxazone is an orally effective central skeletal muscle relaxant with a completely different chemical structure from all other muscle relaxants. It produces muscle relaxants mainly by acting on the Chemicalbook of the spinal cord and the subcortical center of the brain, inhibiting the polysynaptic reflex associated with muscle spasticity, relieving the pain caused by spasticity and increasing the flexibility of the affected muscles.

Aplicació

Clozoxazone is suitable for all kinds of acute and chronic soft tissue (muscle, ligament, fascia) sprains, contusions, muscle soreness after exercise, pain caused by muscle strain, muscle spasms caused by central neuropathy, and chronic fasciitis.

This product is soluble in dimethylformamide, dissolved in methanol, ethanol or acetone, slightly soluble in ether, almost insoluble in water, dissolved in sodium hydroxide solution. The melting point of this product is 189-194°C.
